Daily Word Journey is designed to work primarily offline and to keep your reading experience simple and private.
Information We Collect
Daily Word Journey does not create user accounts and does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment card information through the app.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following information locally on your device:
- your selected journey start date
- your selected New Testament version
- text size and theme preferences
- reminder preferences
- reading progress
- bookmarks
- notes and verse highlights
This information stays on your device unless you choose to back up your device through Apple services.
Purchases
If you choose to leave an optional tip, payment processing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchase. The app developer does not directly receive or process your payment card information.
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders, the app requests permission to send local notifications on your device. These reminders are scheduled locally.
Third-Party Services
Daily Word Journey does not include third-party advertising SDKs or custom analytics SDKs.
Children's Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. If it changes, the updated version will be posted at this page.
